Professor Wang's research interests lie in the areas of （1) Financial Services Marketing, including benefits,costs and risks in the adoption of new technologies in financial service provision, internet finance and traditional financial institutions, customer behaviours in multi-channnel services environments, interaction in financial services marketing, value proposition and value creation, and value co-creation mechanisms; （2）Financial Institutions-Regulation and Management, including history of finance, history of financial regulations, and commerical banks management; and (3) Corporate Communication, including strategic corporate communication, management communication, internal communication audits, meida communication, investor relations and cross cultural management communication,
