Expertise: Michaela's research interests are primarily focused in the areas of corporate governance and sustainability. She has published research examining executive compensation, and is currently exploring the impact of the two-stikes rule on shareholder decisions. She is also currently researching the materiality of Integrated Reports to users. Other current work explores board gender diversity.
