Research interests lie in the area of consumer behavior, with an emphasis on consumer policy and corporate social responsibility. She is also interested in macromarketing and cross-cultural marketing in developing countries. Dr. D. is dedicated to conduct research that sheds light on today’s marketing issues facing the business world, consumers, and society at large. Dr. D. presented and published her research at numerous national and international conferences such as the AMA Winter Educators’ Conference, International Food Marketing Research Symposium, Association for Consumer Research North American Conference, AMA Marketing & Public Policy Conference, and Macromarketing Conference. Her work was also published in peer-reviewed journals such as the British Food Journal, Journal of Food Products Marketing, Ecology of Food and Nutrition, and International Journal of Consumer Studies.
