My present research interests revolve around information security with current focus on:
information security awareness, situational awareness, individuals’ behavior with regards to
threats, and design of effective education and training programs. In addition, I am currently
researching financial decision making processes related to cloud computing implementations
with the emphasis on financial modeling and risk analysis. Future research plans include time
series analysis (spectral analysis) of information security threats, as well as investigation of
privacy concerns online, and application of text mining and natural language processing in
investigation of online consumer reviews. I am also interested in decision making mechanisms
under stress.
