Research Interests & Highlights: Services marketing/retailing (including tourism), corporate social responsibility, and
the application of emerging technologies to marketing problems. My past research has focused broadly on these areas
including tourism, race and sex discrimination in the retail environment, consumer evaluation of financial services,
artificial intelligence applications in business and consumer privacy. In addition, my research focuses on consumer
privacy concerns in several contexts as well as consumer consumption without ownership decisions, part of which deals
with tourism issues.
