Expertise: Economic Development
I believe that most interesting questions in social sciences cannot be addressed on a disciplinary basis; and this is especially true to economic development. I work with anthropologists, sociologists, political scientists and other economists from around the world to tackle the issues of economic development, migration, remittances and poverty.
Ludology and Gamification
In the XXIst century virtual and on-line existence becomes more and more mainstream and takes up larger and larger portion of our everyday lives. I not only research the topic but have taught multiple classes in commercial virtual worlds, greatly enhancing the student experience and knowledge retention.
