Design and establish benchmarks/metrics that measure the impact and effectives of learning & development programs;\r\nd. Empower faculty to contribute to the realization of the strategic goals\r\ne. Develop and deliver the infrastructure for the creation and implementation of learning standards;\r\nf. Create a cohesive team by providing leadership that engages all staff including hiring, clear establishment of performance expectations, performance management, career development, and reward & recognition; \r\ng. Ensure on-going research & development initiatives of the Management Research Center & improve industry academia interface establishing a sound research culture in the faculty.\r\nh. ensuring the wellbeing of staff and students\r\ni. promoting the value systems of the department\r\nj. creating and maintaining effective communication with students\r\nk. Teaching HRM, TQM, Learning & Development, Strategic Talent Management, Operation Management & SCM.\r\n
