The practical goal of this research is to help organizations measure how effectively their IT systems are being used and learn what they can do to improve the use of their systems by staff. The academic goal is to reach a deeper understanding of information systems through an understanding of their use.

The goal of this research is to help improve the theories and methods used in the Information Systems field and thereby improve research practices.
User requirements
