Prof. Clark is currently working on a three year study for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency evaluating flood and ecological risk in an urban watershed. He has served as a consultant to Argonne National Laboratory, the Federal Railroad Administration, and he has served as a Senior Research Associate at Marquette University's Center for Applied Economic Analysis.
