Expertise: With his collaborators, Benoit Aubert investigates in which situations outsourcing can be used to foster innovation, how innovation is done when requiring the participation of several organizations, notably when building collaborative environments, how frugal innovation is enabled by IT, and how IT changes the innovation process in general. The end of the innovation cycle, notably the decommissioning of systems, is also being investigated.
