1/ Position overview
The Walker School of Business and Technology (ie. WSBT) of Webster University Geneva, accredited ACBSP; is seeking applicants for a faculty position of Assistant Professor in Finance. The position is based in Webster University Geneva, Switzerland. The successful candidate must have demonstrated excellence through peer-reviewed publications at an international level, and must possess a good track record in teaching, both at undergraduate and graduate levels. The position calls for someone with knowledge and expertise in finance specialized in behavioral finance, fin tech or other modern related fields. She/He will have a central role to play as a researcher and be involved in the university committees. The position may include an administrative component, such as the coordination of graduate programs in the Business School.

2/ Essential duties and Responsibilities
- Teach courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels
- Publish in peer-reviewed journals with high impact factor
- Contribute to the development of high-quality programs and courses in his/her field of expertise
- Participate in the university institutional life (internal/external) and within the Webster network
- Cooperate with the Chair of the WSBT and connect with other academic departments and operational services
- Advise graduate students
- Lead and coordinate the MBA and M&L programs

3/ Qualifications
- PhD in Finance
- Publications in high-quality peer-reviewed journals, strong track-records of conducting research
- A proven ability to deliver excellent teaching at the graduate and undergraduate level
- Good understanding of the US higher education system
- Preferred experience in academic management
- Fluent English, written and spoken. French or German fluency are a strong asset.
- Ability to develop academic partnerships that will benefit students, faculty, and the community
