The School of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) is looking for a candidate to join them as a Research Associate.

The research associate will work on a project to conduct the research on development of public trust and acceptance in future intelligent vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in experiment and questionnaire design

• Develop multinomial logit models for intelligent vehicles

• Conduct data analysis of public trust and acceptance in intelligent vehicles

• Formulate strategies to promote human-machine cooperation

• Responsible for manuscript preparation

Job Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Transportation Management, Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Economics, Data Science or related field

• Expertise in survey design

• Proficient in statistical modelling and econometrics

• Research on the human-machine interaction of intelligent vehicles

• Prepare and publish research papers on top journals

• Knowledge in the transport industry is an advantage 

• Good publication track record is an advantage

• Proficiency in English is an advantage for data analysis
