A Research Fellow position is currently available in the NTU Entrepreneurship Academy to support research and development. This position would be an excellent fit if you wish to gain research experience and strengthen your research skills, particularly in the area of Organizational Behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

• To oversee day-to-day research activities, including general research project management, data collection in lab, field, and online settings, programming surveys (e.g using Qualtrics, Inquisit)

• To manage recruiting participants

• Creating/modifying/managing IRB proposals, processing raw data, revising/editing manuscripts

• Assisting with presentations, literature reviews, managing the Researcher websites

• To train and supervise undergraduate student assistants, scheduling studies and research meetings

• Other general administrative tasks.

Job Requirements: 

• PhD in related discipline with research experience

• Understanding of research (survey and experimental designs) and advanced analytical skills (SEM)

• Knowledge of research at the intersection of sustainability and ethics (publications)

• Attention to details and procedures

• Effective communication and report writing skills
