Assistant Professor of Accounting

The College of Business at Pacific University, Oregon, invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Accounting.

Teaching may include financial and managerial accounting, tax, auditing, as well as other courses within the candidate’s area of interest and the college’s needs. Pacific’s College of Business offers accounting classes at both the undergraduate and master’s levels. Our faculty teach 5-6 courses per year, participate in service to the College and University, and play an active role in mentoring and supporting student success.

The successful candidate will have a PhD in Accounting from an AACSB accredited program and related professional experience. Candidates should be able to demonstrate teaching excellence and a commitment to student learning. Sustained professional engagement is required for this position.
